I have 10.2 years of offshore/Onshore work experience and possesses strong skills in Mainframe Technology in developing components using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS,CICS on IBM systems. Exposed to design, development, testing and supporting various mainframe applications under various domain. I have exposure in next gen tools like Kafka, ERT and Kubernetes. Traversed almost entire Software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, program design, development, debugging, testing, implementation and quality coordination, application maintenance. Having hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS, CICS and DB2 and has been a dynamic team player with good communication skills and the ability to learn & implement quickly. Experience in Java and azure applications and I can debug the data issues in next generation applications with my strong domain knowledge.

• Interact with the client/business to get the requirements for the Enhancements.
• Perform the Unit testing & System testing review before delivering the change to the client.
• Handle the Critical Production related Issues which impacts the Customer.
• Addressing User Queries related to Finance System and coordinating with the team in completing the Changes and User Queries.
• Work with business in understanding the issues and in providing adequate solutions in short span of time.
• Responsible for supporting the Finance batch process during the evening, which is the vital process in matching the purchase orders and receiving’s to send the respective invoices for payment.
• As a Senior Systems Analyst on Finance AVM project, work with a team of software professionals at our client site to study the various internal systems of the client.
• Act as key liaison between our client and our offshore software development team in India.
• Take a lead in incident and crisis management events, supporting resolution activities and providing regular status updates to front-line support teams.
• Monitor the peak related activities and ensure the SLAs are maintained as per the agreed threshold.
