• Assist the forming crew in the preparation for laying formwork for precast concrete manufacturing
• Spray silicone and apply caulking to wooden formwork on precast decks

• Crew Member- work in the kitchen preparing food and at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process

• Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
• Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

o Supervisor- Trained and Shadowing (3 months) supervise activities and monitor the performance of the celebrity services and concierge staff. Identifying the developmental needs of others and will learn skills on coaching, mentoring, and helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Analyzing information and evaluate results for problem resolution, when to inform and/or update executives, peers and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner, and how to identify and analyze Front Office operational challenges to facilitate the development of solutions to prevent re-occurrence.

o Front Desk Agent- Exposed to check-ins, check-outs and room assignments. Provided good customer service at register. Taking complains and concerns of the guest and giving immediate action to provide their needs. Used to work under pressure at a high volume high profile resort in the US.

o Concierge Agent- Exposed to selling tickets for shuttles and local events, making dining reservations for guest inside and outside of the hotel, selling local tours and assisting guest with recommendations.

o Rooms Divisions- Identifying the development needs of other agents and coaching, mentoring and helping others to improved their knowledge and skills. Monitoring the hotels room availability, occupancy and blocking and reserving specific rooms for guest and large-scale groups.
