I take great pride and satisfaction in keeping a respectful cooperative working partnership with our team of FMO staff, the various Clinical players and our Planning & Redevelopment departments we are involved with. Including the various vendors and contracted out Services that are required to keep St Paul's Hospital operating.
I have documented strengths in building and maintaining relationships and handling a diverse range of stakeholders in navigating dynamic clinical requests And balancing regular maintenance with the fast-paced setting of breakdown repairs.
I am an insightful supervisor with numerous years of experience directing and improving operations through effective employee motivational participation and situational understanding.
Also I am very inquisitive by nature when it comes to planning and problem-solving, and consider all departments and possible outcomes when making important impacting decisions on behalf of our Providence Health Care stake holders.
I feel strongly about having an inclusive engagement with our FMO staff because enhances our cooperative team work culture.
I have always been guided by the belief in treating all my contacts with the mindset of understanding and consideration.
I have always been involved with two wheels & motorcycles, starting at a young age. As a result one have to be able to tinker with these two wheeled creation to keep them upright, aside from riding them that way. From that necessity was spawned a love of old school repair, problem solving & fabrication. Delving into the art & science of motorcycle dynamic nature and physics, suspension included is something I find very interesting.
I have greatly enjoyed small stints of Ice and road racing with the CMA in Alberta & BC but it requires much resources. Interestingly enough, in an unconscious way it prepared me for the challenges of Facility Maintenance and Operations which I have been doing at St. Paul's Hospital for more than 30 years.
