Overseeing operations within the restaurant, specifically with the goal of creating meaningful experiences for guests within the dining room. These operations include hiring and scheduling staff based on restaurant needs, offering resourceful and competent training based on Keg Spec, creating a safe and inclusive work environment, ensuring safe food/beverage handling and extraordinary presentation, and consistently offering support and working as a team.

• Ensuring an excellent dining experience for each guest, including making and taking orders, suggesting knowledgeable food and beverage pairings, presenting and clearing of meals and dinnerware, general cleanliness of the server section, pleasurably interacting with each group of guests, and providing any additional help to the rest of the staff.

• Handling phone calls, booking and coordinating reservations, seating guests, placing take-out orders, any guest concerns, and providing additional help to the rest of the staff.

• Performing and facilitating outpatient rehabilitation plans outlined by the orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists; including but not limited to leading pre-operative education sessions, instructing strengthening exercises, providing assisted stretching, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and front desk assistance.

• Handling in-person and take-out preparation of breakfast and lunch meals, general maintenance of the restaurant, and providing extra help to the kitchen and other service staff.

• Assisted outpatient groups and Registered Kinesiologists with exercise programs, actively tracking blood pressure and heart rate, patient charting and documentation, conducting progress assessments, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of the gym equipment.

• Prepared all dish-ware, reset tables, organized all waste and recyclables, and provided any additional help to the rest of the staff.

• Assisted in preparing patient meals, distribution, and clean-up during dinner time.

• Food preparation within the kitchen, general stock, and retail within the cafeterias during lunchtimes.
