• Trimming, cutting, selecting, separating the leaves and waste of the cannabis flower, working under pressure, meeting daily goals, teamwork, use of machinery for the corresponding department process, cleaning the flower for its next process, filling and distribution of the clean sheet for weighing and drying.

• The main tasks included processing dried cannabis, dispensing the product into its primary packaging, conducting comprehensive record-keeping and product labeling, performing verification activities, cleaning and maintaining processing and packaging equipment for dried cannabis and other duties.

• Packaging and labeling of the final product for sale to different clients, both import and export. Control of daily reports for proper tracking and counting of production.
• Management of software focused on the labeling and classification of the product according to the type of product and type of client. Metal detector machine tests and report and follow-up on these.

• Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing. Disjoint or remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans. Set up and operate machines to clean, cut or otherwise process and pack seafood products.

• Teach, grade and evaluate subjects according to administration such as Human Resources, business psychology, economics, logistics and transportation, Principles of administrative documents. As well as support for the organization of events and celebrations within the campus.

• Responsible for 95 operators, control of payroll receipts, incident reporting, pre-payroll report, overtime, attendance and punctuality control, requisitions, conflict management, induction and training for operators and monitoring staff.
