• Building relationships with portfolio stakeholders and being the first point of contact for all HRIS queries.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained within portfolio of VBUs through clean-up, audit and diligent reporting routines.
• Working with Volaris HRIS team to deliver enhancements, complex fixes, and new functionality.

• Ongoing system improvement updates through Workday backend process redesign (updates to Job Requisition, Termination, and Hire business processes)
• Mass auditing and data cleanup (supervisory organization structures, VBU Master List adherence, IT Admin attributions)
• In-depth knowledge of yearly processes (merit increases completed via Workday Compensation Review Tool, performance reviews, and goals)
• Assistance with Dufton Portfolio spin-out process and system purges
• Provide resolution to user ticket requests via Zendesk within set SLA metrics
• Work alongside integration managers to review and complete acquisitions loaded in Workday (independent completion of approximately 2 acquisitions per month)
• Collaborate with IT department members throughout the acquisition process (integration failure resolutions)
• Specialized in recruitment processes (external career site builds, offer letter configuration, recruitment module improvements, day-to-day requisition and position management)
• Completion of mass eib processes (union and merit compensation increases, one-time payments, change job BPs, mass data cleanses)
• Implementation of Knowledgebase article improvement project and via ourVolaris (100+ English articles)

• Maintained accurate records of client interactions, ensuring seamless service delivery during policy reviews or renewals.
