  • Lead the development and implementation of new policies for staff. An example a policy could be an approval to transfer policy for tenants, non-smoking policy. The team lead will develop the policy and provide the recommended policy to the executive level for approval.
  • Work closely and collaborative with the Asset Management Division and Senior Site Managers on property, maintenance, security and building envelope needs and issues within the designated portfolio
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Portfolio Management Division to achieve portfolio objectives and act as a Subject Matter Expert on portfolio recommendations
  • Act as the point of contact for resident escalations and grievances leading the investigation process and identifying corrective actions (e.g. policy development, staff coaching, mediation). If resident escalations are not handled properly issue could end up as a public relations topic in the media.
  • Participate and/or lead special projects within the Customer Experience division or cross- divisional to achieve organizational excellence as well as excellence in customer service
