- Work closely and collaboratively with the Portfolio Management Division to achieve portfolio objectives and act as a Subject Matter Expert on portfolio recommendations
- Act as the point of contact for resident escalations and grievances leading the investigation process and identifying corrective actions (e.g. policy development, staff coaching, mediation). If resident escalations are not handled properly issue could end up as a public relations topic in the media.
