I do play soccer and it has helped me with achieving success on the field, whether through personal improvement or team victories, can boost confidence my self-esteem. Training and practice require commitment and discipline. Setting and working towards goals in soccer can translate to other areas of my life, helping with personal growth and development : Soccer is a team sport that encourages communication, teamwork, and cooperation. It helps build strong social connections and can improve interpersonal skills. I play other sports in school and doing that has helped me a lot with my mental health and has made me close to many people.
