Kushions Inc. offer homes to kids and youth who are suffering from dual diagnosis, ASD, and mental health diagnosis. I was assigned habits and duties like looking after the youth, their needs, legal documentation, their inappropriate habits, and helping them get rid. This place allows me to enhance all the skills which I learned while studying. such as effective interpersonal skills, active listening, time management, and anger management.

Duties; paperwork such as inventory, bank deposits, team supervision, assigning duties to others, problem-solving, placing timely food orders, and organizing meetings to manage the rush of forthcoming events.

• I was assigned to help individuals who had inappropriate habits and collaborate with staff members to enhance the customer service experience and exceed team goals through effective client satisfaction rates.
