I serve drinks and Food to customers. I make sure all glasses, pitchers, food plates, pizza pans, are picked up and all tables and chairs are wiped off. I make sure lanes are clean and ready for next customers. I'll check bathrooms and game room to make sure they are clean. At end of night I mop all lanes, make sure all bowling balls are back on racks.

Opened brand new resteraunt in East Bakersfield on Mt Vernon. Was in charge of employees, schedules, food inventory, and ordering food. In charge of safe,drawers and assigning drawers. Keeping track of Labor and food costs

I made Employee Schedules, did enventory and ordered food, made bank drops, gave employee write-ups, made sure every employee did thier end of shift checklist before going home. Counted and assigned cash drawers

Worked drive thru by myself from 7am till 2pm
