- By creating a check system to ensure all tickets were set up and entered correctly I have taken from a 20% accuracy to 99% accuracy.
- We have Wait times down for drivers to scale in from 10 minutes to 3 minutes by implementing online paperwork, set steps to follow and a better understanding of time management.
