I enjoy working in my small garden. I have a few strawberries, a bunch of rhubarb which is growing very well. I was even able to cut it this year & store for winter. I also have beet, brussell sprouts & tomatoes. The tomato plants are producing well, I have the Tiny Tim & Cherry varieties. I planted the sprouts just to watch grow. I learned that i planted them too late to produce much. The sprouts are beginning to form though & it's been a learning experience. Next time, I will plant them much earlier. The success with the beets remain to be seen at harvest in October. All in all, it's been a relaxing, learning, experience.
I enjoy reading, but have to say, I have not done much lately. I used to read quite a bit but have gotten away from it. Perhaps winter will entice me to get back at it.
Traveling is a real treat & something I just love. So nice to learn about other people & cultures. I have not done any traveling since the COVID -19 virus but have plans to do a cruise of the Mediterranean next year. I am very much looking forward to that. It includes the Holy Lands which I have wanted to visit for a long time.
