I have extensive experience in resident transfer assessment and in the assessment and provision of equipment through various sources. In my current role I coordinate and communicate with families/SDMs to provide the best quality of care for the residents. I enjoy working as part of a team and I like to problem solve and think outside of the box if needed. I am organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks in an efficient manner. I play an important role in admissions and assessments and help our residents meet their expectations/needs through collaboration with our team members.
