Full-time position as a wine educator/manager I am an experienced Tasting Room Representative, wine educator and Team Manager. I have been involved with DTC sales for several years and found my passion both with wine and the wine industry. Another passion of mine is educating visitors about wine and suggesting local restaurants and attractions. I have over eighteen years of demonstrated achievement in all phases of Customer Service, Customer Education, Sales (inside-outside) and Sales management.   • In 2020 my wife and I moved to El Dorado County, and I established a twice monthly wine education group. The attendees would select two wines by two different producers (same varietal). I would educate as to the correct way to taste and savor wine and would discuss the differences and similarities each wine possessed. The group varied in size from one meeting to another. It became very popular. Averaging twelve attendees.
