• This is an extremely busy pharmacy and I have thrived in this environment while learning as much as I can. We provide a diverse array of services: bubble packs, sublocade, suboxone, methadone, acute care from the walk-in clinic next door, among others.
• Same responsibilities as previous pharmacy experience at Save-On-Foods with many additional responsibilities. I have aggressively pursued self-education here.
• Dispense methadone and suboxone at our main pharmacy and our sister pharmacy Hope Health to more than 150 patients. Experience administering Sublocade. I have learned a lot about NIHB and SPDP suboxone and methadone billing.
• I have run Hope Health alone on my own for over a week at a time with one assistant.
• Currently on top of working full-time here I am picking up floating shifts out of town to develop my skillset more and broaden my horizon.

• Interpreted prescription orders, dispensed medications and counseled patients on drugs.
• Reviewed patient medication profiles and medical records to screen for appropriate drug selection, dosing, contraindications, side effects and therapeutic outcomes.
• Recommended OTC devices or medication options to help mitigate individual symptoms.
• Evaluated appropriateness of drug therapy based on patient-specific factors and drug information.

• Cut, trimmed and ground meats such as beef and pork to prepare for packaging and sale.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards and maintained equipment.

• Started as an internship for school then was hired and moved into part-time work.
• Performed data entry, prescription filling, compounding, direct billing to insurance, minor ailment prescribing. Some experience in inventory management and ordering.

• Antibody-chelator conjugation, radiolabeling using isotopes In-111, Ac-225, I-131, Bi-213.
• PET/SPECT imaging.
• General radiochemistry safety procedures, nuclear waste management.
• Mouse handling including: Administering drugs using an oral gavage, anesthesia, tail vein injections, peritoneal injections, euthanasia, dissection and disposal.
• General biosafety cabinet work such as cell culturing of cancer and fungus cells.
• Analysing samples of melanised fungus using EPR.

• My personal project was to develop and find a method for production and purification of Cu-64 which had not been produced at this specific cyclotron before.
• Assisted with and carried out my own organic synthesis.
• Characterised and identified compounds using: iTLC, UHPLC, NMR.
• Participated in and observed: Mouse injections, radiolabeling of compounds, PET/SPECT imaging, general radiochemistry safety procedures, nuclear waste management, contamination monitoring, GMP quality control, cyclotron and facility maintenance, cyclotron targetry, and purification and handling of radionuclides made on site at the SCCS, namely Zr-89, F-18, and Cu-64.
