Hello, I started my career in construction and service and ended up buying a company named Zerorez SoCal with a partnership team in 2015. In 2024 we sold Zerorez to a Venture Capitol company and Zerorez Inc. (Franchisor). I stayed on as the General Manager.


My business Partner and I have owned three other business together and 2 of them we have sold. We still own Gentle Genie Rug Care and we started that business in 2021 and it is growing at 35% YTD in 2025.


I love operations and finance, but my passion is culture building and people development. It has been the highlight of my career and the funnest part of my day to day. I believe that cultures, retention and development of people makes a company unstoppable.
