Summary

Mr Kyle Toppazzini wrote a book about lean six sigma sustainability in 2013, has a second book called The New Lean- A fresh new approach to Continuous Improvement in 2024 and will be published by Taylor and Francis

Kyle also developed CIMM- Continuous Improvement Maturity Model. A transformation of Lean which includes a more strategic and cost-effective deployment, change management, leadership and greater success with strategy execution.

Mr. Kyle Toppazzini has conducted close to 100 process improvement and lean six sigma projects. Many of these projects utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and philosophies. Mr. Toppazzini’s track record includes an identified 26 million dollars in cost savings, 80% improvement in productivity and quality and a reduction in process time by 80%.

In addition, Mr. Toppazzini has been training Lean, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma methods since 2000. He has developed yellow, green and black belt training (online and classroom) trained more than 100 people from multiple organizations (including Charles Shwaab) and countries at all levels on Lean Six Sigma
