Also, I assisted in the completion of 435 maintenance actions accounting for 107 man hours, 4 tag-outs, and 15 spot checks, greatly improving the material condition during USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT'S 2021 DPIA.
- Hand-picked by LCPO to assist the Island Team, he supervised 10 Sailors in the rehabilitation of 8,762 sq. ft. of surface preservation on the island mast. I ensured all 8,762 sq. ft of the island structure were painted with no rework.
- As V-3 division zone manager, I demonstrated superior technical acumen during the correction of over 500 damage control and safety discrepancies, resulting in multiple "excellent" grades on 8 command zone inspections, thereby elevating the material condition of 36 spaces.
