During this period, I worked with my own company on behalf of the Mackie Company with on-call contracts for the completion of the following operations:

• Industrial renovation services: Coordination for the delivery and assistance for the mechanical and electrical installation of new equipments and the collection of old equipments (Contract with Macdonald)
• Health equipment renovation services for hospitals and Clinics throughout Quebec and Ontario, such as scanners, radiology systems, operating rooms, etc. (Contract with the Philips company): Site supervision of the delivery of different system components and site coordination with the Philips supplier and final customer.
• Delivery and Installation of new medical equipment in hospitals and some clinics.
• Supervision of the delivery and installation of gym equipment and machines (Mackie contract with the producer of FBI Gym machines).
• Supervision of the collection and delivery of IT equipment such as servers and computers (Mackie contract with IBM).

Construction of the new light rail network, the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM) in Montreal.

• Preparation of the Commissioning documentation for the Train Maintenance Station in Saint-Eustache
• Coordination with subcontractors for the reception of the Train Maintenance Station in Saint-Eustache.
• Training in the Primavera P6 Software use.
• Review of the Project contract on the planning side.
• Participate in weekly planning follow-up meetings for the engineering part of the project.
• Attend planning meetings at the building site.

• Coordination between the different teams for the delivery and collection of industrial equipment.
• Ensure the link between the client and the different subcontractors in order to carry out the projects on time and in the required quality.
• Assist in the installation of equipment on site.

Construction of a Gas Refinery with its collection network.

• Approval of detailed planning of procurement, mobilization and execution activities.
• Provide the Contract QA/QC requirements to the Project Team and support Function Kick-Off meetings to ensure that all Contract specific requirements are transmitted to all stakeholders.
• Define the Project specific processes and documents as per Contract Requirements and/or to meet Customer quality requirements.
• Monitoring of the interdisciplinary engineering plan according to the engineering implementation strategy (the project has already started before the engineering is completed).
• Planning, negotiating and managing external professional service contracts for commissioning and evaluating the performance of subcontractors.
• Coordination between the different construction departments: Equipment installation, Construction of piping networks, Installation of instrumentation, Painting, etc.

Construction of two 6-inch diameter and 65-km butane and propane Gas pipelines with transmit and receive stations and various shut-off valves.

• Preparation of detailed planning of procurement, mobilization and execution activities.
• Coordination of weekly meetings with subcontractors and preparation of daily work progress reports.
• Supervision of the installation and commissioning of the cathodic protection system.
• Planning and management of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the two pipelines.
• Preparation of project closure files.

Reparation of a 10-inch and 365 km long Gas Pipeline with transmit and receive stations and various shut-off valves.

• Preparation of the master schedule and detailed schedules centered on the client contract.
• Approval of the detailed planning of procurement, mobilization and execution activities.
• Provide the Contract QA/QC requirements to the Project Team and support Function Kick-Off meetings to ensure that all Contract specific requirements are transmitted to all stakeholders.
• Define the Project specific processes and documents as per Contract Requirements and/or to meet Customer quality requirements.
• Monitoring of the interdisciplinary engineering plan according to the engineering implementation strategy

• Ensure the delivery of quality technical deliverables, internal and external, according to costs and deadlines
• Monitoring of technical support offered to supplies and construction sites

Construction of a 8-inch and 57-km long condensate gas pipeline with the transmitting and receiving stations and the various shut-off valves.

• Coordination between the different construction departments: Installation of equipment, Construction of piping networks, Installation of instrumentation, Painting, etc.
• Coordinate the delivery of technical documents required for supplies
