Working in commercial construction - Experience in electrical construction of high-rise hotels, shopping centres, warehouses, offices and hospitals. Duties include but not limited to:

• Daily procedure risk assessment’s and job safety analysis’ of works performed.
• Installation of specialised feature lighting, task lighting and emergency lighting across various types of fit-outs.
• Installation of single and three phase specified power circuits including general power, emergency generator backup power and specified machine installations across various types of fit-outs.
• Installation of control circuits including time delay, photoelectric cell, motion sensor, motor start/stop and speed control contactors/relays.
• Installation of electrical safety protection including residual current devices, HRC fuses, circuit breakers, earthing systems, lightning protection and energy metering devices.
• Installation of three phase main power to buildings including protected underground and aerial installations. Experience in earthmoving, heavy machinery work elevated platforms and crane lifted work boxes.
• Installation of data communication and security devices such as ethernet wall plugs, CCTV, magnetic door locks and wireless access points.
• Fault finding, testing and recording of verification of compliance on all installed electrical work.
• Communicating and problem solving with clients, builders and other trades to ensure the client is satisfied with the finished product.
• Working independently and supervising/leading teams to meet deadlines whilst prioritising safety.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Routine setup procedures including lift line construction, lift ramp grooming, daily maintenance and compliance checks on mechanical parts of the ski lift
• Safe loading and unloading of passengers of all ages onto ski lifts working in teams and independently
• Safe loading of passengers equipment on gondola lifts
• Constant communication with ski patrol, alpine office and guest services to ensure the mountain operates smoothly and all departments receive their required needs
• Provided excellent customer service ensuring guests felt welcomed, informed and safe on the mountain
• Leading lift teams to work swiftly ensuring low wait times
• Communicating with other departments to ensure deliveries are received accurately and on schedule

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Handling and delivery of food, beverages, luggage, retail, mail, building materials, mechanical parts and chemicals to all outlets on mountain.
• Monthly stocktake of food and beverages stored in warehouses
• Safe operation of forklifts and on-snow vehicles
• On mountain event set up and tear down
• Gathering, completing and filing food and beverage requisitions
• Routine checks and maintenance on all vehicle's and machinery
• Constant radio communication with all mountain departments
• Safe removal of all food, material and chemical waste on mountain
