• Managed, monitored and maintained a safe and efficient cabin whilst providing VIP service for the principal, celebrities and dignitaries. This included menu preparation, acquiring provisions and catering internationally as well as the coordination of first class service.

• Provided guidance regarding the implementation of Transport Canada Cabin Services Regulations with Head of Cabin Services.
• Assisted with developing policies and procedures for Cabin Crew recruitment, training, time lines, producing approved manuals as well as passing the required Transport Canada Flight Attendant Managers

• Contracted to conduct SEP training for newly hired cabin crew
• Team member for demonstration flight for Emir of Qatar.

Accompanied OBMG guests onboard a CV580 aircraft to Northern British Columbia. Coordinated the guests while onboard the aircraft and at our mid point destination.

• Provided a high level of safety, service, and formality training for new hire Cabin Crew
• Supervised and developed procedures for a safe and efficient aircraft interior setup
• Coordinated First Class service and menu preparation. Sourced caterers and provisioners internationally.
