• Assist Patients with Daily living. This includes feeding, lifts and transfers, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Reported concerns to the nurse supervisor to promote optimal care.
• Communicate and demonstrate basic information by patients' pre-established Plan of Care.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by reporting and documenting unsafe conditions such as broken equipment as well as any patient behavior, physical, or cognitive changes. Safety concerns are reported to RNs or RPNs and other regulated health providers.
• Learned and adapted quickly to new technology and software applications.

To adhere to the plan of care as determined by the supervisor;

• To assist the resident/client with personal care and hygiene and activities of daily living;
• To observe and report on changes in residents/clients' condition to the supervisor.
• To assist with ambulation, mobilization, transferring, and adaptive aids;
• To maintain resident/client information confidentiality;
• To observe & report to the Client Service Supervisor any concerns regarding the client's safety, including physical environment, implement interventions as directed by his/her supervisor & advocate on the client's behalf to ensure the client's safety is maintained.
