Lead ECO will assist the Deployment Manager in overseeing the operation of the communications center.
When the Deployment Manager is unavailable the Lead ECO will consult with Deployment Managers from other centers about decision-making outside Lead ECO scope of practice.
When the Deployment Manager is unavailable the Lead ECO will consult with the Transport Physician when make difficult transport decisions outside of the lead ECO scope of practice.
Lead ECO will address concerns from other emergency communications officers (with the exception of medical advice or Human Resource concerns).
