  • Made sure all vendors were in compliance with Choice’s standard of Green, through SafeContractor.
  • Double checked that each invoice and purchase order request, from the vendors, had the correct billing entity for the corresponding building unit.
  • Replied to vendor inquiries, in a timely manner, with the results they were looking for.

Tenant Relations:

  • Maintained an up-to-date tenant contact list for all properties, through Angus.

Key Accomplishment:
Helped out the Industrial Property Team with getting caught up on the back-flow of outstanding invoices and purchase orders to have entered in a timely manner.

Accounts Payables:

  • Created purchase order’s, according to the description sent from the requester, either through email or Service Now.
  • Replied to all Vendor inquiries regarding invoices, purchase order’s, missed payments, and any other requests, in a timely manner.
  • Helped Vendors with their setup through Vendor Café, and helped with any troubleshooting they experienced.


Accounts Receivables:

  • Managed and monitored the collection and reporting of tenant rental payments, through EFT/PAD.
  • Followed up with any tenants for NSF payments, and coordinated to have the arrears cleared on their accounts.
  • Reviewed the AR internal report for accuracy, including pre-payments, penny write off(s) and any credit applications.
  • Updated the AR notes weekly, in Yardi, as per established guidelines.

  • Ensured all tenants submitted any EFT remittances and payments on time, at the beginning of every month.
  • Updated the monthly PAD report and provided to the Property Managers for review and approval.
  • Reviewed monthly rent rolls for tenants and provided the variances to the Property Managers for approval.
  • Presented annual billings to tenants.
  • Provided tenant chargebacks with supporting documentation.


Lease Administration:

  • Reviewed and completed all Lease Administration and Data Integrity change forms, such as LAF’s and SMF’s.
  • Prepared billing change and revision requests, along with tenant billings, and Rental Advise Notices.
  • Managed parking setups for tenants.
  • Created all new Vendor setups, which required to obtain documentation such as, WCB letters, current COI, direct deposit information, and GST verification.
  • Helped with move in/out inspections and coordination.


Key Accomplishment:
Was part of the setup for a new national team, Portfolio Services. We were an important part of the Portfolio
Operations team and provided support with all administrative work. Which provided the Property Management team more time to meet up with our tenants in person, which in turn increased our customer services.
