• Oversee and manage the day to day operations of a pizzeria franchise in Windsor Essex County. With ten locations in the Windsor Essex community I have gained first hand experience working with communities at municipal level.

• Oversee the opening of new locations. Oversee lease hold improvements, lease negotiations, opening and start up processes from hiring to food safety implementations.
