Worked in the Labour Relations field for over 25 years. Worked as an elected representative within Saskatchewan General Employees' Union (SGEU) and as a Labour Relations Officer for SGEU. I have continued my Labour Relations career working as a Supervisor of Human Resources with Prairie Valley School Division and offering labour relations consulting to several different clients. I have further developed my collective bargaining and conflict resolution skills while working with the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety as a Senior Labour Relations Officer. I have successfully negotiated multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and presented several grievance disputes before multiple arbitrators in Saskatchewan. I continue to offer my extensive labour relations expertise will I work as an Employee and Labour Relations Consult within the Public Service commission.
