• Conducted ergonomics assessments on jobs throughout the facility. Assessment findings were used to suggest process and equipment changes to reduce musculoskeletal disorder risk.
• Attended and participated in meetings and trials involving cross functional teams within the organization and utilized these groups for issue resolution.
