- Produce and review monthly supply chain KPI reports, ensuring action plans are in place with poor performing vendors. I managed to deliver 98% of product on time and only 0.10% of delivery is more than 14 days.
- Deliver supply chain solutions in terms of palletization/ store ready solutions/forecasting/ consolidation/ lead time reduction to help driving costs and stock out of the end-to-end supply chain and increase efficiencies which successfully generated 350k cost saving on inner and pallet removal. Also, successfully reduced 10 days on 6 SKUs and reduced the MOQ of 10 SKUs which approximately saved 90k for our buyer.
- Actively involve in meetings with Sourcing and QA. Further manage the delivery of new projects with other functions and buyers, via the CPA, weekly meetings and video conferences with customers. I will host a triangular meeting bi-weekly to ensure we are on track.
- Manage shipment and production planning processes, with customers and vendors, for all large range reviews and key seasonal projects to ensure on time delivery. Last year I have visited vendors 5 times to ensure our production is on track which also included 2 factory audit to examine new vendors.
