• Assisted in managing incoming reservations via phone, email, online booking systems, and in-person
• Entering and updating reservation details in the hotel’s property management system (PMS)
• Confirming reservations and sending confirmation emails to guests.

My primary role was to support the customers by:

• Responding to complaints
• Completing any additional task assigned by the supervisor
