Perform lock-out/tag-out procedure.

Collection of meat cuttings left on conveyors, machines and the floor after production.

Removal of meat cutting blades from machines.

Pre-rinsing all conveyors, machines and the floor.

Cleaning detergent application/foaming.

Perform rinsing. Apply other cleaning chemicals when necessary.

Perform initial inspection.

Install new meat cutting blades to machines.

Application of sanitizer.

Perform final inspection and corrections with QA officer/superior.

Remove lock-out/tag-out.

Perform other task/s given by the superior.

Acts in an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to health and safety issues for the guidance of the employer and the workers.

Conducts investigation of accidents as members of the Safety and Health committee submits its separate report and analysis of accidents to the employer.

Coordinates all health and safety training programs for the employees and employer.

Conducts inspection pertaining safety and health such as: food safety, electrical and fire safety, construction safety, materials handling and storage and machine safety monthly.

Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken to eliminate accident causes.

Provides assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection on any related programs.

On call 24 hours for duty.

Accomplish consolidated report of Health and Safety Committee per farm/section weekly.

Attend weekly meeting and submit weekly report.

Perform other duties or functions that will be assigned by the superior
