• Clean and sanitize the plant nightly for the food security of the meat;
• Work with industrial cleaning chemicals and sanitizers to clean all the machines that were used for the production;
• Disassemble certain parts of the machines to clean them up and reassemble them afterwards;
• Used pressure washer with water to clean the machine(chiller 2 and plastic conveyor) to removed dirts;

1.RINSE-Using pressure washer to removed the dirts on the machine;

2.PUTTING SOAP BY SPRAYING ON THE MACHINE;

3.RINSE-To removed the soap and to washed the machine;

4.MACHINE INSPECTION-Inspect the machine manually by using flashlight to make sure the machine is cleaned;

• Used pressure washer with water to clean the floor;
• Clean all the trash cans of the plant;
• Work hard in team to ensure that the plant will be delivered on time;

· Conduct SOP machine cleaning before CiP,using pressure washer

· Remove slime and excess grease at crowner head and assembly using pressure washer and rags

· Remove slimes at filler machine and conveyor using pressure washer

· Checking appearance of machine if properly cleaned
