· Transport trauma, acutely ill, pediatric and mental health patients to tertiary center or regional Hospital.

· Site support in rural hospital for pediatric, neonatal and adult population awaiting transport to a tertiary center.

· Critical Care Outreach Team while on site.

· Outreach teaching in rural community

· Provide direct medical care to patients needing intensive care unit, including those with septic shock, cardiogenic shock and respiratory failure.

· Served as a mentor for rotating students and new unit staff, providing training and guidance on nursing best practices within the intensive care unit.

· Coordinate the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and monitoring of critically ill patients, utilizing a multidisciplinary plan of care.

· Guided patients, caregivers, and family members on plans of treatment, resources and support available.

· Care of immediate post open heart surgery including, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), valve replacement, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), heart transplant.

· Manage ventilated/sedated patients, arterial lines, central line, Swan-Ganz catheter, external ventricular drain and monitor and report trending.

· Manage all pharmacological drips, including vasoactive/inotropic/sedative drips as by physician goal.

· Rotating between CSICU and MSICU in a high pace tertiary ICU.

· Proficient in neurological assessment.

· Palliative care and support family with degenerative neurologic disease.

· Care and follow up patients with embolic and hemorrhagic stroke, aneurysm, subdural hematoma, brain tumor, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Guillain Barre, Multiple Sclerosis.

· Care of acute neurosurgery and neurologic patient in a step down neurologic observational unit.
