  • I am responsible in providing explanations to the General Manager and Corporate on driver efficiency, including data in Extraboard/Standby Utilization, Operator Efficiency Ratio (Employee paid times vs Billable hours), paratransit operations data (ridership data includes on-time performance, capacity constraints, riders per hours, trip length, etc
  • Work directly with the other department heads to ensure the operations can be run successfully.
  • I meet daily with the Maintenance Manager to ensure vehicle availability as well as timely pull out. I work with the Safety & Training Manager on D&A compliance and to make sure the employees receive their monthly training requirements.
  • Double check Payroll/HR for accurate and timely payrolls for the employees and all other complaints through HR/EEO.
