  • Was trained in SaaS and DCF modeling, term sheets, cap tables, comparative and exit analyses, PowerPoint, and startup due-diligence
  • Co-wrote the screening and investment committee memo for a deep-tech IOT cybersecurity company. Co-presented directly to partners. Term sheet submitted and signed to lead $20m+ A-round
  • Drafted due diligence questions and participated in calls with management of target (VP Product and VP GTM)
  • Proactively got approved and created the firms framework for understanding and classifying agentic AI. Presented thesis to team
