Duties included were:

• Meeting with clients to discuss goals and build relationships
• Performing morning and weekly safety meetings
• Balanced duties as a working foreman while overseeing smaller projects
• Conducted investigations, and near miss reports, PPE audits amongst many other tasks
• Lead crews in dangerous and challenging areas such as underground mines and confined spaces
• Submitted daily payroll and billing sheets to the customer
• Dealt with employees and conflict management
• Inspected and tracked standing scaffolds

• Erected scaffolding on various sites including Mcclean lake, Mccarthur River, Rabbit Lake, various potash mines, ethanol plants, refineries and many more industrial environments.
• Expert in building light, heavy duty tube/clamp and various different types of modular scaffolding.
• Lead and trained workers in the safe assembly of scaffolds. Experience in building scaffolds with composite crews
• Worked around live machinery and ongoing operations to complete scaffolding projects on-time
• Disassembled scaffolding and equipment when projects were completed or after each shift according to strict schedules

• Erected and dismantled tube and clamp and modular scaffolding according to Oh&s and manufacturer standards.
• Worked in team-focused environment to complete scaffold projects in a timely manner.
