Summary

In March of 2022, I found myself needing to reevaluate my personal and professional experience. I acknowledged that I wasn't preforming in a familiar space and I needed to work on redefining what was important to me. I began to reflect on passion focused ideals, values and personal and professional alignments.

I found myself drawn to the world of mental health, and began to consume as much information as I was able to. I recognized how the resources and career paths align with my fundamental need and desire to help people and make a palpable difference in the lives of others. While my current profession was at one time, really about helping others and making a difference it has devolved overtime, becoming a less positive and cohesive environment. For me it no longer satiates those core values and desires that are fundamentally important to me, in my journey to try and make the world a better place.

I am consistent and adaptable, honest, trustworthy and dependable. I hold my problem solving, interpersonal skills and ability to survey situations and adapt in a calm and focused manner as some of my strengths
