Ø Maintain strong Relationship management and Processes with a clear accountabilities and performance expectations with clients and internally

Ø Managed site development contractors and ensure timely and efficient implementation and rollout process on passive and active elements

Ø Prepared project plans for SBCs to ensure that the rollout process meets key performance indicators

Ø Conducted and verified acceptance checks in the development process at different project milestones; TSS, SUM, CHP, THP, RFI and FAC

Ø Vetted implementation documents, technical survey reports, site drawings, soil test reports, sweep test, PIT test earthen test to ensure compliance to approved specifications

Ø E1 Looping from BTS back to BSC

Ø Monitor and analyze trends in company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for the future, and to identify areas for possible savings.

Ø Liaise with technical partners (Molapo technology ltd ) on procuring of high tech equipment and installations in Nigeria workshop for our repairs

Ø Handle major repairs and Logistic activities on telecoms equipments

Ø Setup and configure various rack for test purposes and quality control on various repaired rectifier modules ( Emerson SM4817, R48-3200, PS-1800,R48-1800)

Ø Create business partners for each supplier & maintain static control

Ø Real-time alarm and performance statistics monitoring of all iDirect, Hughes HN and HX Satellite network elements using Network Management Software.

Ø Knowledge of Cisco routers, Satellite Equipment Standards, specification and Systems. Proficient with all Satellite Measurements and lab test equipments.

Ø Implement and perform network reporting and documentation. Ensure service assurance support for customer in order to maintain service delivery according to set quality level. Provide and online technical support to customers

Ø Traffic Analysis and measurement; Use of HP spectrum analyzer in checking RF and IF carriers, carriers power balancing, configuration of satellite Modems, DVBs1 and DVBs2 modulators.

Ø Consistent trouble shooting on the NOC base on problems raised by TSG.

Ø Coordinate all INTERSAT (IS-14) & (IS-907) monitoring centers projects in Nigeria

Ø Monitor NOC utilizations IP on the PRTG for optimization purposes
