  • Verifying the presence and type of symptoms that may be compatible with COVID-19 to assess for possibility of whether a Traveler may be asymptomatic or symptomatic for COVID-19.
  • Determine suitability of proposed quarantine plans (for asymptomatic individuals) or isolation plans (for symptomatic individuals), based on the planned accommodations and presence of other vulnerable individuals who are 65 yrs or older, have underlying medical conditions, or have compromised immune systems.
  • Document each call/interaction with the travelers within the QCMS system in detail.
  • Remain informed and up to date on new guidelines and mandates/changes for travel requirements with our daily shift reports and support from Public Health Agency of Canada.
  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues with regards to cases.
