Got promoted as an Area Coordinator within 3 months of joining at previous role.

• Make a clear bridge between Operation manager and Associates on the operation area.
• Lead a team of 25-30 HD & Arrow associates in processing area maintaining smooth work flow.
• Developed and maintained positive relationships with Vendor, other ACs, OMs and AGMs of the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of healthy working environment for fellow associates.
• Collaborated with associates by solving any sort of concerns, issues and difficulties while work.

• Work domain includes working on various software like Manhattan Associates, SAP, MS Office (Advance Excel, Word) to ensure quality assurance required in any task.
• Data Analysis for merchandise having critical problems regarding Inbound, Outbound, or PTS tasks.
• Use strategic thinking to approach problems and bring solution at ICQA.
• Responsible for the accuracy on Cycle Count and quality assurance work performed.
• Provide comprehensive report (Excel) to the AGM and OM of the facility regarding Aged LPN and Products to keep the facility up-to-date.
• Collaborating with different Areas of the DC/Facility to enhance the workflow and reduce possible issues with Operation.
• Partner with OMs to facilitate smooth operations and streamline solutions of any probable issues with merchandise.
• Communicate with different Vendors about receiving error and order products.
• Communicate with associates over different departments in the SSC/Head office for replenishment.
• Communicate with SAP/SFC support team on a regular basis (Offshore).
• Communicate Findings with the OMs and fellow associates and make reccomendations.

• Performing customer relationship management through acquisition and retention using interpersonal skills
• Achieving sales quotes each week and upselling products through the usage of communication skills
• Coordinate customers' projects i.e
• Decking and fencing with ordering the required materials
• Analyzing customer's issues and recommending products by applying critical thinking skills

• Provide budgeting for Customer's project and develop list of products, requirement to perform, and personal home improvement expertise

• Oversee the project team coordinators for 6 major projects, consult with team leaders on the progress of ongoing projects of the organization
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address finance, budgeting, and feasibility of the projects
