my main duties were to improve the overall well-being and lives of the company clients by providing support and advise, conducting individual and group counseling, providing clients with recommendations for support and researching community resources to help our company clients.

I achievements include leading a team of 7 people to write proposals that won several partnerships for Company. Provided counsel and therapy that helped 5 women with skills to deal with and resolve their own problems. I achieved skills in group Counseling, design support systems for clients and proper documentation of confidential information.

I was responsible for the admission, evaluation and closure procedures of for the project beneficiaries.

provided weekly intergrated child protection, mental health and psychological support activities to children and thier care givers.

Collaborate with safeguarding to provide support to indivual child protection case management. Organise monthly group activities with children in partnership with local child protection department thet promote protection of children against violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Provide support for by-monthly intergrational activities with host communities for refugee children.

Provide support on beneficiary selection and registration based on vulnerability criteria which prioritizes the eldely and familie with children. Provided field reports and activities.

Provide counsel and therapy to assist clients in developing skills to deal and resolve their social and personal problems

Plan programs of assistance to clients including referral to agencies that provide financial assistance, legal aid, housing, medical treatment and other services.

Investigate cases of child or neglect and take authorized protective action if necessary

Serve as member on interdisciplinary teams of professionals working with client groups
