Strategic Manager with experience leading and overseeing Environmental, Mechanical and Electrical business activities. Responsible for the entire business and operations of the Waste and Water Filtration, Healthcare, Power & Transportation department in E&M Contracting (i.e. Electrical and Mechanical) business unit, and explore opportunities for further advancement.
Principal accountabilities are: -
- Propose a visionary and executable yearly budget plan for the business in waste & water filtration, Healthcare and Power & Transportation sectors of the Group to add further growth on the current achievement;
- Enhance and grow the profit margin of business;
- Ensure the strategic objectives in the business plans are achieved within the approved budget and timeline;
- Ensure the system supply and design of the business unit will satisfy the most stringent quality and safety standards, and full compliance with the government and clients’ business and operational standard;
- Ensure the projects and services are up to the entire satisfaction of customers;
- Build, maintain and develop a good networking and customer-relationships with major business partners / senior corporate level major customer to develop further business opportunities, increase market share, and secure competitive position in the market;
- Acquire and maintain excellent relationship with technology and product vendors;
- Lead and build a strong team with competencies of different levels. Maintain a good team spirit in the business unit, and a healthy people succession development;
- Together with the Top Management, represent the Group for the environment engineering, particularly waste and water filtration business community, to maintain a proactive and good image in the market place;
- Keep the Top Management informed of significant changes in the waste and water filtration related sector which could impact the Group’s growth, profit and reputation;
- Lead and build a strong team across countries to meet future challenges in the electrical and mechanical contracting business.
