Support physicians by performing scrub assist duties and preparing equipment for EP studies, RF and PFA ablations, and devices. Prepare procedure rooms, including equipment, tools and supplies according to physician preferences using aseptic and sterile techniques. Monitor, record, and circulate. Operate ablation unit and stimulator. Identify and report equipment issues, clean and maintain patient equipment, and provide post-procedure care including sheath removal and site care. Assist with room turnover and lab cleaning between procedures. Collaborate with the entire healthcare team to ensure seamless operations.
Assisted cardiologists as a scrub technologist during Electrophysiology Studies, Ablations, and Cardiac Implant procedures. Supported all aspects of case preparation and execution, including monitoring, recording, and circulating. Set up and organized necessary equipment, tools, and supplies in accordance with procedural and surgeon preference cards. Monitored ECG/EGM and hemodynamic data throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures, recorded baseline measurements, and calculated key intervals.
