Jenna Chang

I am currently enrolled in the Mobile Application Development program at Georgian College. I was a committed and industrious employee for eight months at a high-end beverage store in downtown Toronto. My employer consistently recognized me for my great work ethic and strict adherence to SOPs. I was proactive in maintaining a clean store and promptly restocking supplies during slow periods. I have the capacity to process a large number of customer orders accurately and efficiently during peak times. I possess strong interpersonal abilities with an emphasis on offering first-rate customer service. I work well both independently and as part of a team, get along well with colleagues, and consistently strive to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for customers.
