- Assisted with feeding and monitored intake to help residents achieve nutritional objectives.
- Answered call bells and supported residents comfort and safety by adjusting bed rails and equipment according to care plan.
- Employed mobility devices and mechanical lift equipment to lift residents from bed to wheelchair (2P), following safety procedures to avoid injuries.
- Maintained and organized resident rooms and communal spaces to minimize environmental and safety hazards.
- Kept accurate records of residents' care, condition, and progress.
