• Scrum Master for 3 - 4 pods in a Data and Analytics division at TD bank. Assisted in the successful transition of a division from Waterfall to Agile during a critical cloud migration program.
• Program manager for a division to implement Cyber Security controls for a larger overall initiative in the bank.
• Project Manager for the Fraud Technology Division implementing technology to support Fraud detection and Analytics in the bank. Many projects required integration with multiple delivery channels (internal and external to the bank) and business groups within the bank.
• Technology Lead for a significant Collections project aimed at moving the Collections Platform to a third-party vendor. I was the Development Lead working on the Design, leading the development staff and Vendor, Performance Testing and Training.
• Technical lead for a Fraud Detection application upgrade in 2008 working closely with the vendor and business to ensure a successful upgrade of the debit card fraud detection system.
