Extensive experience in customer service, youth and young adult training, and volunteering with children's groups has sharpened my leadership, communication and teamwork abilities. Youth, Crossview Church 12/24 - current. Small group leader in the Chill department of youth. Finding ways to connect with teens through shared hobbies, relating to the experiences they are going through at their age and in their home while helping them feel seen and loved and valued. Growing their relationship and understanding of Jesus through weekly messages, conversation and worship.

Kidzone, Grand Valley Church, 01/17 - 12/18, Teaching children through a variety of methods including singing, dancing, coloring, videos and group conversations. Building trusted relationships with the children as well as other volunteers. Being creative, both with the way lessons are planned and with helping children express themselves. Helping children feel loved, accepted, heard and valued.
