Currently i am the line lead for the weld shop, which entails ensuring that everything is flowing smoothly production wise, serving the customer downstream with accurate deadlines. Serving the employees with the proper tools,data which is needed in order for them to be able to complete the tasks given with ease. I also currently do capacity planning so i can confirm that the monthly targets are achievable. One of the main reasons i love the job that i do, is the PEOPLE. Building a bond with the fellow team members is important to myself so that we dont just feel like a number at the end of the day.

I did quite a bit of construction work in my life, overall i have roughly 3 years of experience in the drywall trade, which consisted of cutting and fastening drywall, we also installed poly and insulation. I eventually got sick of the job due to my partner not being much of a team player.

I started off as being a "milker" in the parlor till they noticed that i had more skills within that i didn't notice at the time.. They taught me how to operate skidsteers to i ended up doing that for a while till the boss thought i was ready to operate tractors. I then learnt to operate tractor and that title mainly involved cleaning out barns and getting salage piles accessible so that TMR (total mixed ration) could be made out of it. By the end they had me mixing feed and everything. I didn't feel very acknowledged nor appreciated for the hard work i put in so i ended up giving up with my career there.
