• Codes and Regulations: Comprehensive knowledge of national plumbing codes, regulations, and Building Code standards, ensuring compliance in all installations and operations.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Skilled in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and schematic drawings to execute accurate layouts and installations of sophisticated plumbing systems.
• Equipment and Tool Operation: Experienced in operating specialized tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, threading machines, groovers, grinders, and saws, to achieve efficent high-quality results.
• Hydronic Heating Systems: An in-depth understanding of hydronic heating systems, with hands-on experience in constructing, installing, and piping heavy plumbing equipment, such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and pumps, in mechanical rooms. Proficient in prefabricating and installing heating mains, risers, anchor points, and expansion loops.
• Drainage Systems: Extensive knowledge of drainage system codes, regulations, and best practices for installation and maintenance. Experienced in installing storm and sanitary systems across all construction phases for commercial and industrial projects of varying scales.
