Personal Bio:
My name is Jack Caleb Rehill, and I am a fourth year International Development Studies student at the University of King's College and Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have always been interested in learning about different countries around the world and how these countries operate and fit in on a global scale, especially with countries of the Global North such as Canada and the United States. I am especially interested in the economies of such foreign countries and how these countries also live and function on a social level.
I believe that I would fit in well in the International Development sector of the work force, especially in the area of Social Justice as I have a deep care and empathy of mankind and the people of the world that we live in. I also believe that my bilingualism in English and French will also greatly contribute to my search for employment in the International Development sector, especially in countries such as France, Belgium, and certain African countries in which French is one of the primary languages, such as the Ivory Coast.
My passion for travel from an early age has also fuelled my desire to both study and work in the International Development sector, and I would fit in great in a position in which world travel is a necessity and required part of the job.
