• Check incoming shipments for necessary and completeness before storage
• Check, verify paper work and updating records accurately
• Proficiency in managing inventory levels of raw materials (e.g., flour, sugar, butter) and finished goods, ensuring that there is no shortage or excess.
• Organization and storage of incoming goods in their designated warehouse locations
• Ability to adjust production plans based on resource availability and customer demand.
• Vigilance in maintaining consistency in product quality and presentation.
• Ability to create and manage production schedules to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and that production runs smoothly.

• Mix ingredient batches in exact accordance with the recipe formulation and specifications.

• Supply production team with batch output requirements in a timely, as needed basis.

• Work as a team to achieve daily production yields, efficiency and productivity targets.

• Ensure all paperwork is kept in order, completed promptly and accurately and submitted on time.

• Maintain the highest quality & safety standards, adhering to all GMPs, policies and procedures.

• Ensure the area is kept clean and tidy at all times, to prevent potential contamination and/or injury.

• Ensuring accuracy in production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control checks.

• Liaising with relevant personnel on equipment repairs as needed to prevent and minimize downtime.
